Headspace Gas Chromatography techniques includes hardware, instrument setup, optimization, modes of operation, qualitative and quantitative calculations.

Topics covered includes GC/MS Technology, GC/MS hardware, instrument startup and setup, MS tuning, Operating software, developing GC control method and MS control method, spectral data processing and spectral library searching

Topics covered includes different modes of LC such as normal and reversed phase chromatography, isocratic and gradient modes. Hardware components injectors, detectors and pumps. Basic maintenance, quantitative technique and data handling.
The course will cover the basic theory and principles of Ion Chromatography and its applications. Anion and cation analysis. IC applications in Environmental, Pharmaceutical samples .
The course will cover the basic theory and principles of UV-Vis and FTIR instrument and their applications. Sample preparations of solids and liquids by both the transmission and reflection techniques.
